RESERVATION POLICIES:

We require all new patients to have a consultation prior to scheduling their first visit. This consultation can take place over the phone, telemedicine, or in person. We reserve the right cancel appointments due to conflicts, illness, or other unforeseen reasons. Every effort will be made to honor your appointment times.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We request a 48-hour notice for all scheduled appointments. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a $45 cancellation fee. We will waive this fee in certain circumstances. Please contact the office if you feel this charge should be excepted.

CHECK-IN:

Patients should arrive a few minutes early to sign in and use the restroom before treatment.

FACILITIES:

Our Edmonds office is located at 9619 Firdale Ave. We are in the Firdale Village shopping center, located upstairs from the Colonial Kitchen restaurant in the front/1st building. There is no elevator to our office. Visitors must be able to walk up 1 flight of stairs.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 9-1-1 to seek treatment. All other medical concerns can be discussed during your Free Consultation or subsequent visits. We look forward to helping you achieve your health goals.
